What to include in a request
Include the Google account email used for the purchase, the receipt or order reference if available, and a short reason so support can identify the transaction and access state.
What happens after approval
Approved refunds revoke the purchased lifetime unlock from the same account. Campaign progress remains in the account, but the paid chapters and Custom Sandbox entitlement are removed.
